Interlake Streetscape Project

The Town of Lake Placid Community Redevelopment Agency is seeking proposals from

qualified contractors for the Interlake Streetscape Project. The project consists of four

distinct phases, and bidders may submit proposals for one or multiple phases. Work must be

performed in accordance with the Interlake Streetscape Plans dated February 20, 2025,

which are included as reference in the BID documents found on LINK:
