Job Description

WATER METER READER. Entry level position involves all aspects of reading water meters and other duties as assigned. Basic requirements are a high school diploma or GED and a valid Florida Drivers License. PUBLIC WORKS GENERAL EMPLOYEE (FT) CLOSED

The Town of Lake Placid is accepting on going applications for the Public Works Department for a general services type position.    Main Duties will be to assist with garbage collection; however, building maintenance, mowing, horticulture maintenance and other services and duties as assigned by Public Works Director or Public Works Foreman.

UTILITY BILLING, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, PAYROLL CLERK (FT) CLOSED TAKING APPLICATIONS FOR POOL


The Town of Lake Placid is accepting applications for a person who has diverse experience in Utility Billing, Account Payables and or Payroll.

Account Payables will be performed daily for multiple departments and is time sensitive. Utility Billing pertains to water, wastewater and sanitation services and is performed twice a month. The work environment is high volume and fast pace. Problem solving is frequently required.

Staring pay is $12.00 per hour.
